We share data only with acquiring banks, payment networks, and regulatory authorities as required for the provision of our services and compliance with applicable financial regulations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
VeroxPay retains merchant and transaction records for the duration required by financial regulations and our banking partners. Merchants may request data access or deletion subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
