Getting Acquainted with Rules and Regulations

By accessing and using VeroxPay's payment processing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. VeroxPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate merchant accounts for breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Merchant Obligations

• Merchants must provide accurate and complete KYC/KYB documentation during onboarding and update information promptly when changes occur.
• Merchants are responsible for maintaining chargeback ratios within acceptable thresholds as defined by acquiring banks and card networks.
• Merchants must ensure their business operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their operating jurisdictions.
• Merchants may not use VeroxPay's platform for processing transactions related to prohibited industries or activities as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Account Security

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the security of their VeroxPay account credentials and API keys. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to VeroxPay immediately. VeroxPay will not be liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

Payments & Settlements

Settlement timelines, fees, and reserve requirements are defined in the Merchant Agreement. VeroxPay reserves the right to hold reserves or delay settlements where elevated risk, excessive chargebacks, or suspected fraud is identified.

Limitation of Liability

VeroxPay's liability to merchants shall not exceed the total fees paid by the merchant in the three months preceding any claim. VeroxPay shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service interruptions, declined transactions, or regulatory actions beyond our control.
